Two things.

1) The link for the Kansas Race Settings zip file doesn't work. Actually, all of the race settings zip files don't work.

2) I watched the video that the page error took me to.

..... Damn.... I will check and report back.

Fixed, hopefully. I sometimes get surprised by the fact the local internet at my company writes files away to a local upload directory. That looks like it's uploaded, but is only local, not for you all.

It's fixed.
