oval setups

I am curious what others do to set up their car for stable handling on ovals?

I found at phoenix, michigan and fontana that running the car stiffer (shocks and roll bars) makes me faster. I also stay out of trouble more because it dosen't snap oversteer unpredictably.

Michigan and Fontana I always run with stiffer suspension and less steering angle.
What I also do, is calculate a slightly lighter fuelload (32-37 gallons) so I can run with the pack longer. Then, when you lose connection because of a fuel stop, you can actually add fuel to 40 to connect again. It obviously depends on your speed, but has worked for me very well.
