My copy seems to be corrupted. I have been working on this new cockpit for over a week but out of a sudden, the latest version is making the game crash. I went back to one of the older versions (which works fine) but if I edit the hcpit.rol file, it makes the game crash, too!
Well, I compared my copy of roledit 1.03 with the one Kakukri posted they are identical. I have no idea why my latest version of the cockpit does not work (it makes the DOS game crash and the PC reboot!). The difference between the version that works and the one that doesn't is that I recompiled hcpit.rol with roledit one more time on the last version. Wierd!
OK, the problem was not with roledit but with a set of files that I added to the cockpit which were too small. The cockpit is now finished and posted in another thread.
