Talladega with no restrictor

Guys, i just cant remember how can i run the (original) papyrus Talladega track with no restrictor..i remember i did a few years ago with speeds reaching around 235 mph, cant remember the line in the config file..thanks in advance for any help.

I guess it is the first number of the line 'SPDWY' in taladega.txt, you should change it to 0.
