It's not track problem but carsets you have tested. This carsets use #0 black (0,0,0) color instead of #32 black.
Also Milwaukee '08 version had in palette #0 color as green. That cause you problem with this unfixed carsets. I've added archive with fixed Milwaukee '08 for you.

Indeed, it was a carset/track combination that led to this issue. I had the same issue with your updated 2001v2 carset by the way.

Just a guess, but do these tracks have the #255 color set as pink? I have a couple of fictional paint schemes that still show pink instead of white on some spots. They might be set to use #255 index color as pure white (255,255,255).

Each track uses its own 256 color pallet but there is a section of the pallet (of all the various pallets in the game, actually) that is used for the cars and remains static for all tracks. In this case, the proper fix is to open the specific car's .3do file and change the front wing underbody color to pallet index 35, which is pure white in the car color section of the pallet.
