Yes, number of option varies but usually with kit you can change wing configuration, place or remove roll bar camera, add or remove fins on engine cover, for early 90's cars select wheels with flat rims, for 96 there is also sidepods winglet option.

Pavel - did you ever complete a re-do of the original (older) toronto layout that was in use before 1996? I have your 1996 version, but I don't know if you did one that was older. I see there is on on the icr2.net track archive - but I downloaded it and I thought it was only the papyrus version of toronto.

I haven't any plans to remake Toronto pre-1996 because I think default one is pretty good. I only want to make some graphic update and have started work on it some time ago. But it is on pause because I want to finish update for GPL's Monaco first Smiley

Update 2024.12.15

I have files ready since August and was lazy to make them available here Grin3

CART carsets
Some small fixes to liveries for 1995 carsets. I don’t remember what exactly I’ve changed but small fixes was made while I worked on 1996 IRL carsets.

NEW part - IRL carsets (Cars (IRL) on my google drive)
1996 season
Three carsets updated with my lola 1995 carshape fix are available:
3dirl1996 – general 1996 IRL carset by Claudio Rementeria
Indy1996 – 1996 Indianapolis 500 carset by Claudio Rementeria
irl96 – general 1996 IRL carset by me based on work by Claudio Rementeria. It has some driver options to better simulate grids for Disney World and Phoenix races.
irl96ls - carset by Claudio Rementeria for to 1996 races of 1996-1997 IRL season.

1997 - 2001
I know I’m in minority but I’m fun of IRL seasons before CART invasion in 2003. So I always enjoy IRL carsets for ICR2 and always wanted to improve early IRL car carshape for early seasons. And finally I’ve done it. I took IRL2k car body by Tjerk, completely redone it, improved some details. Also carshapes between seasons have some difference to simulate seasons upgrades. All carsets have working damage models.
I use carsets by R. Brent Blackburn and 2000 Indianapolis 500 carset by John Froehlich, Roger Nebelsick, T-Jay Harris as a base for my work. I’ve kept all original credits and readme files in archives.
Each year consists of three carsets:
irlXXa – pre Indianapolis 500 races
indyXX – Indianapolis 500 race
irlXXb – post Indianapolis 500 races

Some carsets include driver options to simulate driver changes in teams. I add text file with Driver2.txt option string. Option car liveries can be found in ‘cars options’ folder and installed with ICR2 manager or manually. One exception is IRL2k1a carset (2001 pre Indianapoils carset). I this carset you can find dat and drivers txt file for Phoenix race (to include Penske cars).

Hope you enjoy this carsets as I do Smiley

Update 2025.12.03

Thanks to Matt Yeager I found minor bugs in few carsets. Reyn1998 and Reyn1999 have minor error where kit installs wrong 3do for speedway rear wing damage model.
Reyn2000 carset had completely wrong kit for wings with only two options. Now I add missing files and kit for wings has three options:
- ordinary rear wings for speedways and road courses
- Hanford rear wing, super speedway tracks only
- Hanford rear wing for all tracks

Pavel thank you for your continued motivation with all of this! I share the same as I am making a 97 CART carset now (I needed a break from tracks)

-fixed Windy colors

Seems like you haven't updated your scratchbuilt Milwaukee tracks. There are still color palette issues with Windy version. Do you plan updating them in the future?

The cars are the right colors on the other Windy-friendly tracks. There is indeed something wrong with using your non-updated tracks in the Windy game, since we got these kind of weird color issues. The neon green color seems to show where there should be black, both on the paint scheme and on the underbody.

Here is another picture. I used the same carset (Oliver Karaula's 1990 IndyCar carset) on two different tracks: your non-updated Milwaukee (on the left) and your updated Windy-friendly Nazareth (on the right).
