N1 fps counter?

I have a question. Is there a "built-in" frame rate counter in N1(and in n2/n99), like the one in ICR2?
If so, how to turn it on?

No, I doubt there is one. I also don't think you can turn one on. If you cannot turn on the qualifying timer (like the one in icr2) in group qualifying sessions w/ ai in nr1 (it is possible but very broken) I don't think you can turn on a fps counter. I could be wrong and anyone correct me if I am wrong, but i just don't think so
