Car Paint Scheme Change

Ok, I am sorry to even ask as I am sure this comes up a lot. Did some searching, and not sure exactly what I am doing wrong. Used winmip to get a bmp of the car I wanted to edit for personal use. Saved to bmp, then converted to mip. Sunny.pcx is present as well. When I load the mip, and go into the game, looks like this 
   

I tried to use the ICR2mgr, but it would not see the bmp, which might be my first clue I did some part of the process wrong.

I think you are using wrong palette for your bmp file. Try to use this
