Different tracks

Hi,
Here is n99 Michigan edition that represent 1993-1995 layouts. It was made to replace original Icr2 Michigan. I used n99 Michigan because it dose not have fence on backstraght. Wall textures are from i2 and garages are from n2. Trk files of n99/n2 and icr2 Michigan are very similar so you can use lp for this track you like.

Indycar use 3-wide start at Michigan. I have made this type of start for it. If you don't like it simply replace Michigan.txt and pace.lp with original files.

Hi,
Here is N3 Homestead Miami (converted not by me) with some fixes, new AI and load screens.

.rar   MIAMI.rar (Size: 1,022.94 KB / Downloads: 1,036)

And here is Homestead Miami Speedway for 2004 - 2009 IRL seasons. It based on Mistycreek Miami for n3. But I have made standart textures resolution for it. It is much liter on graphics now sow you will be able to run it with all carshapes, I think. I also have made hight version of Miami Speedway. To switch between two versions run miami.bat.

Have fun!

Pavel,

nice work. I will check the Miami track, as I have had several remarks that the current version was too heavy on the computer. So we might up ending using one of these. I need to check, but it seems you're now providing about half of the tracks for IIRS 2010 Wink2

AI for the P1 and P2 are the same I assume?
IIRS Driver Champion (2005-2007, 2010-2014)
IIRS Team Champion (2004-2014)

I have been messing around with the track.txt and lp-files for Pavel's modified IMS track.

The result are faster speeds and really fun AI customized to suit my driving style.

Check out the 2-lap action packed replay attached to this post. Extract the RAR inside Pavel's IMS track, posted at the beginning of this thread. It only works with 40 cars, I recommend Claudio Rementeria's 1996 IRL set.

Best viewed from the onboard or roof-cam.

Scenario:
Buddy Lazier, Roberto Guerrero and myself are racing for the lead while negotiating lapped traffic. See why sudden movements at high speeds are recipe for disaster.

Hallo,
This is Indianapolis pack for you. Pack includes two version of Indy 500 track. First version is to use for 1992-1998 seasons, and second version represent track from 1999 till present days. This tracks are based on my IMS track with corrected banking. But I think you will like some graphical improvements. I also create new cameras. To switch between two tracks run ims.bat.

If anybody have interest about stationry camera ask me.

Good racing!

Edit: Increased tire temperature, fixed trees inside back straight, updated Pagoda tower, fixed width of paint lines on asphalt

These Indianapolis versions are so well done!

It is pure fun to drive on 'em!!!

But still: I am a kind of pedant...

And I have the question of making a pre '92 IMS.

Also for "CART Legends"...
;-)

It had no accelerataing lane after the pits...
That means that the lane seperated by the grass line wasn't used...
I think that there are some pre `92 videos on YouTube on Champcar4ever's channel...

And I think it wouldn't be hard for Pavel to do these minor changes...

Actually,.. 1993 was the first year they introduced the new configuration with warm-up lanes. Sorry for being a smart arse Wink2

They were still running the (faster) layout in 1992, and that race was a crash-fest.

I really like the new cameras Pavel! You've been carefully paying attention to the actual camera positions I noticed.

Have you tried a floor-cam, or will it mess up the view?
