Hello,
Here is Kentucky speedway for icr2. I've made this track using objects and textures from Kentucky version based on Las Vegas track. So all credits for it creators.
My version of the tis track is more accurate. Maybe as you know Kentucky Speedway has very bumby surface. I tried to represent it. So don't wonder if your car will be little unstable in the turns enter. Fuel consumption for AI is calculated for 35 gallons tank.
I've made to versions of kentucky.3do file. One is working fine for me and it is in the dat file. Another is kentucky full.3do. You can find it in the kentucky folder. This 3do has darker lines on the road from asphalt rows edges. This 3do working good when I race or practice. But in the replay mode game crashes when I chose TV1, TV2 or BLIMP cameras (for all non car cameras). So you can test it if you wont and then tell me about your game reaction, please.
