Thank you Pavel.
I made this track from scratch. not conversion track.
I had mediafire user account already, so I uploaded files to mediafire.
(And easy to replace files when I release fix version.)
If I made new track next time, I will upload files to mediafire and this forum.

To both BoblogSan and Pavel 69, I'm just baffled with the amazing work you both have produced.

I seriously had a hard time concentrating on the road because of the beautiful new 3d office buildings, sports complex both seen in Houston and Vancouver.

This really is a great time for us ICR2 fans.

How did you create all objects?

I'm using Blender 2.49.
Making object model on Blender, then exporting to .3D with Python script.
Converting .3D to .3DO, and checking 3DO model looks (especially drawing order of polygons) in ope.exe.
I repeat these processes.

I had one issue with running this track in windy.exe; when I select the track from the Track drop-down menu, the track screen area turns black, and none of the track info updates.

It then crashes when I go practice/go qualify/go warmup/ go race.
[Edit: If Options>Graphics>Advanced>"Use DirectDraw" is checked, I can go racing!! yay problem solved]
