Car settings viewer

Hi. Does anyone have (or can point me to) a file/utility to view the car settings (.stg files)? I'm looking for an easy way to compare different car settings without having to write them down while in the game. I searched the Internet but all I found was broken links or corrupt zip files. Any help is greatly appreciated.
