 There is already much knowledge in the excellent [[https://​www.icr2.net/​forum/​showthread.php?​tid=50&​highlight=fastwalker|ICR2 Complete Reference Book]] ("​ICRTCR"​) by Ton Fastwalker which was last updated in 2009.
